Her highly decorated career includes senior roles with globally recognised organisations such as IBM, CSC, CBRE, Barclay Bank, and UK Government agencies (Home Office, Metropolitan Police, Department of Justice).
Lejla has a strong track record of transforming underperforming operations into profitable engagements across Construction, Healthcare, and Technology sectors. At ETON, she leads on financial strategy, commercial advisory, compliance oversight, and complex investigatory work—successfully turning multi-million-pound losses into sustainable profitability.

Having advised FTSE 100 companies, large corporates, public sector organisations, and SMEs, Nadia brings a vast breadth of experience. Her work includes audit and compliance for both public and private companies, corporate finance, and complex HMRC investigations.
Nadia delivers detailed forensic financial analysis to support or challenge contractual and legal claims, providing independent expert evidence in corporate disputes and personal litigation.
